Welcome to The Swinton High School

Here at The Swinton High School we offer an exceptional learning environment designed to challenge and enrich the lives of young people, where our students are inspired to learn and achieve. With a committed and talented team of both staff and pupils, it is our high standards and enthusiasm that ensures a year on year improvement in our results. The Swinton High School, an 11-16 comprehensive is the first Converter Academy in Salford. We converted to an academy on 1st August 2011.

Thousands of students have passed through our doors over the years and each one has been encouraged to do their absolute best. It is our mission that students leave us happy, fulfilled and highly qualified, ready to succeed in the next stage of their lives.
